Manager and Supporter training is delivered as a face to face course, so there is no equivalent e-learning, a good first step is to go through and watch and review the independent learning units below, then have a discussion on what you think you need to complete, it is quite possible you will be able to validate the training if you have the professional qualifications or prior learning and experience. Talk this through with your Local Training Manager or Training Advisor.
