🌟 Vacancy: County Network Lead – West Yorkshire Scouts 🌟
Are you passionate about empowering young adults and shaping the future of Scouting? Do you have the energy, creativity, and leadership skills to inspire others and build a thriving Scout Network community across West Yorkshire?
We’re looking for a County Network Lead to join our team!
As County Network Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting, promoting, and developing Scout Network (ages 18–25) across the County. You’ll work closely with local volunteers and the County Team to champion the voices of young adults and create opportunities for personal growth, adventure, and community impact.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the Scout Network programme across West Yorkshire.
- Work with Districts to ensure there are engaging opportunities for young adults.
- Promote participation in local, national, and international events.
- Help shape strategy and development for the 18–25 age group.
- Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging culture.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A good understanding of Scouting and/or experience working with young adults.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
- A team player with the confidence to drive ideas and inspire others.
