You must be a youth member born between 30 July 2009 and end of August 2013 and be a member of scouting in the scouting County of West Yorkshire Ie Bradford metropolitan district inc Ilkley, Otley, Menston & Burley), Kirklees Council area and Calderdale Council Area.

- Price expected to be £3400 (but may be subject to change as itinerary is confirmed)
- The event will take place in summer school holidays 2027 (late July to August) – dates to be confirmed 9 months prior when flights are booked
